I moved in on 7/1 site unseen. I'm in a pretty studio facing the mountains, so close I feel like I could touch them. I love the large kitchen and its island. The bath is very large and I can put full-size cans (hairspray) and bottles (peroxide) in the drawers standing up! The graphite cupboards are in my favorite color and easy to maintain with a damp cloth. None of the appliances have had an issue. I LOVE MY LG WASHER AND DRYER. I've recommended them to friends building a new home. My patio has room for a few chairs and a small table so my guests can have a drink and gawk at the mountains. I cannot tell you how much I love to sit out there with my feet up. Heavenly. Nielson's frozen custard is a half block away and Cafe Espresso is literally across the street. Each have outstanding products. I'm on the 4th floor and I hear nothing. Nothing. Not traffic, not tenants, not televisions or talking next door....only a good storm. Great walking neighborhood, safe. Community room and patio are GORGEOUS. Gym is brand-spanking new with a Peleton! and reverse osmosis water for your water bottles.. Parking underground prevents vandalism and the security is like Fort Knox, which I appreciate. Tenants & their dogs are wonderful! Staff and maintenence team are 5-star as well. All new apartment buildings have growing pains but I'm happy with my place in my new city. I recommend it!

Really happy with the building so far. Everything is brand new and looks lovely. The community amenities are pretty sweet, all new equipment in the gym and the community room is pretty swanky. The location is great and management is pretty responsive. The other tenants are friendly and respectful. A couple small things still need to be worked out, such as package delivery, but it seems they’re already working on a new system.

I rented my beautiful studio, by phone from Idaho, with Kobe. Sight unseen, so when I pulled off the highway and drove into Millcreek, my immediate instincts were safe, sweet and how lucky am I to live in this lovely neighborhood! Plus, BEST custard a block away! When I saw The Highland building surrounded by beautiful landscaping, the dog park in the back, the mountain views from my new studio with its wide balcony and great views from inside and out, I was tickled and still am. Large kitchen with beautiful appliances and I LOVE the washer and dryer! No complaints. Building is quiet and CLEAN. Valet trash and recycling pickup! Ping-pong, state-of-the-art gym, community patio, and management is wonderful. I love that it's a small building with only 50 units. I am enjoying each tenant. Kobe and Chase and Martan, are 5-Star Stars!!
